The wastewater treatment system, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, efficiently purifies domestic sewage through a series of advanced processes.

Working Principle:

1. Sewage enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged, ensuring the removal of solid waste.


2. The adjusted water quality and quantity are attained in the adjustment tank.


3. The lifted sewage is then directed to the anoxic tank, equipped with a submersible mixer, for nitrification, denitrification, and aerobic denitrification. This process enhances the biodegradability of wastewater by breaking down large organic particles into smaller ones.


4. Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where biological oxidation degrades substances through aerobic biochemical reactions.


5. The effluent is then separated from solid waste in the secondary sedimentation tank, while the supernatant is treated in the cleaning tank using ultraviolet disinfection equipment to eliminate harmful bacteria.


6. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank undergoes regular dehydration through the sludge dehydrator, with the supernatant treated further in the conditioning tank.
