Working Principle

 

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid.


2. Next, the water quality and quantity are adjusted in the adjustment tank.


3. The sewage is then pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. An arrangement of submersible mixers in the anoxic tank facilitates nitrification and denitrification. Additionally, aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization processes decompose large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades the substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


6. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge undergoes self-precipitation in the sludge tank. Regular dehydration of the sludge in the sludge tank is carried out using the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
