Product Description: Sewage Treatment System

Working Principle:

• Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged.


• The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.


• From there, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump.


• An anoxic tank with a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification, improving wastewater biodegradability.


• Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction.


• Biological oxidation in the aerobic pool degrades substances, and the effluent then flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


• The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


• Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump.


• Remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank for further treatment.


• The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator.


• The sludge supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
