The security filter by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed to meet the needs of high flow filter applications, such as pre filtration in reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. Unlike standard 2.5-inch filter elements, our product incorporates a built-in high flow filter element, resulting in significant cost savings.
With a processing flow rate of 40-70T/H, each high flow filter element efficiently filters large volumes of water, reducing the number of filter elements required and minimizing the size of the filter housing. This not only saves on investment costs but also streamlines the filtration process.
Under pressure, the raw liquid passes through the filter material, leaving the filter residue behind. The filtrate then flows out, effectively removing impurities, precipitates, suspended solids, and bacteria from the water. This achieves the purpose of filtration. The PP filter element with a 5μ pore size performs mechanical filtration, intercepting or adsorbing trace suspended particles, colloids, and microorganisms. As the water production time increases, the filter element's operating resistance gradually rises due to the accumulated pollutants. When the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1MPa during operation, it is time to replace the filter element.
