Product Description
The working principle of our product is designed to effectively treat domestic sewage by utilizing a series of processes. Firstly, the sewage enters the grid pool where household garbage is discharged. Then, it goes through an adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer is employed to facilitate nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, helps break down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
Afterwards, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for an aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades the substances, and the resulting effluent is directed into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is then sent to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is subsequently returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
