Product Description: Wastewater Treatment System

The wastewater treatment system offered by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed to effectively treat domestic sewage, ensuring clean and safe water for various applications. This advanced system utilizes a combination of processes to enhance the biodegradability of wastewater, resulting in efficient and environmentally-friendly treatment.

Working Principle

The wastewater treatment process begins with the sewage entering the grid pool, where household garbage is separated and discharged. The sewage then passes through the adjustment tank to regulate its quality and quantity. It is then pumped into the anoxic tank, equipped with a submersible mixer, to facilitate nitrification and denitrification. This process, along with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, improving the overall biodegradability of the wastewater.

Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where aerobic biochemical reactions take place. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is further treated in the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.

The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank through a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge is naturally settled in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank through the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
