Product Description

Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd offers a highly efficient and advanced wastewater treatment system that caters to the needs of domestic sewage management. Our innovative system ensures optimal water quality and quantity adjustment, allowing for effective elimination of household garbage from the sewage.

Working Principle:

1. The sewage initially enters the grid pool, where the household garbage present in domestic sewage is discharged through the grid.


2. Subsequently, the sewage enters the adjustment tank to undergo necessary water quality and quantity adjustments.


3. Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. Additionally, aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization occur, effectively decomposing large organic particles into smaller ones, thus enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation facilitates the degradation of substances, and the resulting effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is further treated in the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


5. Sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge self-precipitates into the sludge tank. To ensure proper treatment, the sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank through the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
