Product Description: Wastewater Treatment System
The wastewater treatment system, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, is designed to efficiently treat domestic sewage and ensure the removal of harmful bacteria and pollutants. This system follows a well-defined working principle to provide clean and safe water for various applications.
Working Principle:
- Sewage enters the grid pool, where household garbage is first separated and discharged.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This helps in the decomposition of large organic particles into smaller ones, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater.
- The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- In the cleaning tank, the supernatant from the sedimentation tank is treated with ultraviolet disinfection equipment to eliminate harmful bacteria.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
