Working Principle

Our advanced system follows a series of steps to ensure efficient and effective treatment of sewage:

       
1. Sewage enters the grid pool, where household garbage is first discharged.

       
2. The water quality and quantity are then adjusted in the adjustment tank.

       
3. The sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank, equipped with a submersible mixer, to facilitate nitrification and denitrification. This process, along with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, enhances the biodegradability of wastewater.

       
4. The sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where biological oxidation breaks down organic substances through aerobic biochemical reactions.

       
5. The effluent then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.

       
6. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank undergoes ultraviolet disinfection in the cleaning tank to eliminate harmful bacteria.

       
7. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank, while remaining sludge is self-precipitated to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment.
