The Kamo Sewage Treatment System, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, offers an efficient and reliable solution for treating domestic sewage. Designed to meet the needs of English-speaking natives, this system incorporates advanced technology to ensure optimal performance.

 

Working Principle:

 

1. Sewage enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged, effectively removing solid waste.


2. The sewage then flows into the adjustment tank, where water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.


3. Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. Within the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. Additionally, aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization occur, breaking down large organic particles into smaller ones, thereby enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. Following the anoxic tank, the sewage enters the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Here, biological oxidation degrades substances, and the resulting effluent flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank then enters the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


6. Sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates into the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is periodically dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank through the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
