The sewage treatment system by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed with the aim of efficiently treating domestic wastewater. This system incorporates various stages to ensure effective removal of pollutants and harmful bacteria.
The sewage treatment process begins with the entry of sewage into the grid pool, where household garbage is initially removed through the grid. The water quality and quantity are then adjusted in the adjustment tank to optimize the treatment process.
Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes, which further enhance the biodegradability of wastewater. This results in the decomposition of large organic particles into smaller ones.
The wastewater then flows into the aerobic pool, where aerobic biochemical reactions take place. Biological oxidation helps in the degradation of substances, improving the overall quality of the effluent. The effluent then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
In the cleaning tank, the supernatant from the sedimentation tank undergoes ultraviolet disinfection to eliminate harmful bacteria present in the water. This ensures the treated water is safe for further use.
The sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is managed in two ways. Some of the sludge is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment.
