Advanced Sewage Treatment System

Working Principle:

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is efficiently removed.


2. The sewage then flows into the adjustment tank to optimize water quality and quantity.


3. Afterwards, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. The anoxic tank is equipped with a submersible mixer for nitrification and denitrification, effectively improving the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The treated sewage then enters the aerobic pool, where it undergoes biological oxidation through aerobic biochemical reactions.


5. The effluent from the aerobic pool flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, allowing for reliable solid-liquid separation.


6. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using state-of-the-art ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


7. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank through a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge is naturally precipitated into the sludge tank.


8. The sludge in the sludge tank undergoes regular dehydration using a sludge dehydrator, ensuring optimal treatment.


9. Finally, the sludge supernatant is sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
