Product Description: Wastewater Treatment System

Working Principle:

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is separated and discharged.


2. The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate the water quality and quantity.


3. Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank by the lifting pump. Inside the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, decomposes large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent moves into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank enters the cleaning tank and undergoes ultraviolet disinfection to eliminate harmful bacteria.


6. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by the sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank, where it is regularly dehydrated using the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
