It starts with the sewage entering the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid. The sewage then moves on to the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
Next, a lifting pump pumps the sewage into the anoxic tank, which is equipped with a submersible mixer. This tank facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes, along with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization. These processes break down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
