Next, a lifting pump pumps the sewage into the anoxic tank, which facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes with the help of a submersible mixer. This process enhances the biodegradability of wastewater by decomposing large organic particles into smaller ones. The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions, where biological oxidation degrades substances. The effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
