Product Description

The sewage treatment system, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, is designed to effectively treat domestic wastewater while ensuring optimal water quality. This system follows a multi-step process to efficiently remove impurities and harmful bacteria from the sewage.

Working Principle:

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is separated from the wastewater.


2. Afterwards, the wastewater flows into the adjustment tank to regulate its water quality and quantity.


3. The next step involves pumping the wastewater into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. Here, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes, enhancing the biodegradability of the wastewater. Additionally, aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization are employed to decompose large organic particles into smaller ones.


4. Following the anoxic tank, the wastewater enters the aerobic pool, where biological oxidation takes place through aerobic biochemical reactions. The effluent then moves into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. In the cleaning tank, the supernatant from the sedimentation tank is subjected to ultraviolet disinfection, effectively eliminating harmful bacteria.


6. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. Regular dehydration of the sludge in the sludge tank is carried out using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment via a mixed liquid reflux pump.
