Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is separated and discharged.
- The wastewater then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank, where a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification, promoting the breakdown of large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing wastewater biodegradability.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction, where biological oxidation further degrades substances.
- The effluent then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank.
- The sludge in the sludge tank undergoes regular dehydration using a sludge dehydrator, with the sludge supernatant returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment.
