The sewage treatment system consists of several key components:
The sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid.
The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
The sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. An anoxic tank with a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This enhances the biodegradability of wastewater by decomposing large organic particles into smaller ones.
The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
