Working Principle

Sewage is first directed to the grid pool, where household garbage is efficiently removed. The remaining wastewater then enters the adjustment tank for further refinement of water quality and quantity.

Next, the wastewater is pumped to the anoxic tank, where a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes, promoting the decomposition of large organic particles into smaller ones. This improves the biodegradability of the wastewater.

The treated wastewater then flows into the aerobic pool, where aerobic biochemical reactions take place, ensuring effective degradation of substances through biological oxidation. The effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.

In the cleaning tank, harmful bacteria are eliminated using our state-of-the-art ultraviolet disinfection equipment, guaranteeing the highest level of water sanitation.

Any sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank for further treatment, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using our efficient sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for additional treatment via the mixed liquid reflux pump.
