The RG Manual Screen consists of a steel-structure framework, grizzly bar, and guide rail. When the sewage flows through the screen surface, any foreign substances larger than the screen gap are intercepted. These substances can be easily dredged manually during the cleaning process.

The Mechanical Bar Screen, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, is a highly efficient solution for solid-liquid separation. Its unique design incorporates special-shaped teeth that are assembled on the teeth axis in a specific order, forming a sealed teeth chain.

Installed in the water inlet, the Mechanical Bar Screen operates by rotating the chain wheel in a directional and even speed. As a result, the entire rake chain moves accordingly. The solid sundries attached to the teeth are separated from the liquid, allowing the fluid to flow away through the gap.

When the rake chain reaches its upper end, each group of rakes carries out self-cleaning by dropping out most of the solid material under gravity and guideline rail. The remaining solid material is then tidied clean by the back running brush. This entire process is continuous and automatic, ensuring efficient solid-liquid separation.
