Product Description: Sewage Treatment System

 

Working Principle:

 

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is efficiently removed.


2. The sewage then flows into the adjustment tank, where water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.


3. Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. The anoxic tank is equipped with a submersible mixer, which facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. Additionally, aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization occur to enhance the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. Afterwards, the sewage enters the aerobic pool for an aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation effectively degrades substances, and the resulting effluent flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


6. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via the sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates into the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using the sludge dehydrator, and the sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank through the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
