The working principle of our sewage treatment system is designed to efficiently handle domestic sewage, ensuring effective removal of household garbage and harmful bacteria.
Here's how it works:
- Sewage enters the grid pool, where household garbage is first filtered out.
- The water quality and quantity are adjusted in the adjustment tank.
- The sewage is then pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, where nitrification and denitrification take place with the help of a submersible mixer. This process improves the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction, where biological oxidation breaks down organic substances.
- The effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant of the sedimentation tank undergoes ultraviolet disinfection in the cleaning tank to eliminate harmful bacteria.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is either returned to the aerobic tank or sent to the sludge tank for further treatment.
- The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator.
- The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment.
