The wastewater treatment system, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, offers an efficient and reliable solution for treating domestic sewage. With its advanced working principle, this system ensures effective removal of household garbage and harmful bacteria, resulting in clean and safe water for reuse.
Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where the household garbage in domestic sewage is discharged through the grid.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. The anoxic tank is equipped with a submersible mixer for nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction, where biological oxidation degrades the substances.
- The effluent from the aerobic pool flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank enters the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
