Working Principle:
The RG Manual Screen is a manual type of equipment consisting of a steel-structure framework, grizzly bar, and more. The water-crossing screen surface is made up of a steel-structure framework, grizzly bar, guide rail, and other components. When sewage flows through the screen surface, foreign substances larger than the screen gap are intercepted and manually dredged during cleaning.

Mechanical Bar Screen
The Mechanical Bar Screen, manufactured by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, is designed with special-shaped teeth that are assembled on the teeth axis in a specific order, forming a sealed teeth chain. This innovative design allows for efficient solid-liquid separation.
Installed in the water inlet, the lower part of the Mechanical Bar Screen ensures that the solid sundries attached to the teeth are separated from the liquid. As the chain wheel rotates with a steady speed, the entire rake chain moves correspondingly, allowing the fluid to flow away through the gap.
When the rake chain reaches its upper end, each group of rakes undergoes self-cleaning by dropping out most of the solid material under gravity and guideline rail. Any remaining solid material is effectively cleaned by the back-running brush. This continuous and automatic process ensures optimal solid-liquid separation.
