The sewage treatment system by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed to efficiently process domestic wastewater, providing a clean and safe environment. With its advanced working principle, this system ensures effective removal of household garbage and harmful bacteria from the sewage.

Working Principle

1. The sewage first enters the grid pool, allowing the removal of household garbage.


2. Next, the water quality and quantity are adjusted in the adjustment tank.


3. The sewage is then pumped into the anoxic tank, where nitrification and denitrification take place with the help of the submersible mixer. This process enhances the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. From there, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where aerobic biochemical reactions occur. This leads to the degradation of substances through biological oxidation.


5. The effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank, where solid-liquid separation takes place.


6. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is further treated in the cleaning tank using ultraviolet disinfection equipment, eliminating harmful bacteria.


7. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via the sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
