The Kamo Sewage Treatment System, designed and manufactured by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, offers a highly efficient and eco-friendly solution for domestic sewage treatment.
Working Principle
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is efficiently discharged.
- The sewage then flows into the adjustment tank, where water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.
- Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank, equipped with a submersible mixer, to facilitate nitrification and denitrification processes. This ensures effective removal of organic particles, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The treated sewage is then directed to the aerobic pool, where it undergoes aerobic biochemical reactions for further purification.
- After biological oxidation, the effluent flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge is self-precipitated into the sludge tank.
- Regular sludge dehydration is carried out in the sludge tank using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
