Product Description: Wastewater Treatment System
Working Principle:
The wastewater treatment system by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is designed to efficiently and effectively treat domestic sewage. It follows a step-by-step process to ensure the removal of household garbage and harmful bacteria, while improving the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The sewage first enters the grid pool, where the household garbage is discharged through the grid, separating it from the rest of the sewage.
- Next, the sewage enters the adjustment tank, where the water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.
- Afterward, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. Within the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of the wastewater.
- The treated sewage then flows into the aerobic pool, where aerobic biochemical reactions occur. Biological oxidation helps in the degradation of substances.
- The effluent from the aerobic pool is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank, where solid-liquid separation takes place.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank enters the cleaning tank, where ultraviolet disinfection equipment eliminates harmful bacteria.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
