Working Principle:
The Sewage Treatment System by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd effectively removes household garbage and treats wastewater through a series of processes including:
- Grid Pool: Sewage enters the grid pool where household garbage is discharged through the grid.
- Adjustment Tank: The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Anoxic Tank: It is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. An anoxic tank with a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, decomposes large organic particles into smaller ones, thereby enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
- Aerobic Pool: The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- Cleaning Tank: The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge Management: Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
