Product Description
Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage in domestic sewage is discharged.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, which includes a submersible mixer for nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, decomposes large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing wastewater biodegradability.
- The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates into the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank undergoes regular dehydration using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
