Product Description

The working principle of our sewage treatment system is designed to efficiently process domestic sewage, ensuring clean water for households. Here's how it works:

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is separated and discharged.


2. The sewage then enters the adjustment tank, where the water quality and quantity are adjusted.


3. From there, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This helps decompose large organic particles into smaller ones, improving the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent then flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment.


6. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates in the sludge tank. Regular dehydration of the sludge in the sludge tank is done using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
