Working Principle
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid, ensuring a clean flow of wastewater.
- The wastewater then enters the adjustment tank to regulate its quality and quantity, optimizing the treatment process.
- Subsequently, the wastewater is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. The anoxic tank is equipped with a submersible mixer for nitrification and denitrification, enhancing the breakdown of large organic particles into smaller ones, thus improving the biodegradability of the wastewater.
- Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for an aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation helps degrade the substances present in the wastewater.
- The effluent from the aerobic pool is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank, where solid-liquid separation takes place.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is then directed to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge is self-precipitated to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator, ensuring efficient management of sludge.
- The sludge supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
