Product Description: Sewage Treatment System

The sewage treatment system, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, offers an efficient and eco-friendly solution for treating domestic sewage. This system incorporates various tanks and equipment to ensure thorough purification of wastewater, resulting in clean and safe effluent.

Working Principle:

 
1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where the household garbage is separated and discharged.

 
2. The wastewater then enters the adjustment tank, where the water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.

 
3. Next, the wastewater is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In this tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes, enhancing the biodegradability of organic particles.

 
4. The sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where biological oxidation occurs through aerobic biochemical reactions. The resulting effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.

 
5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is further treated in the cleaning tank using ultraviolet disinfection equipment, effectively eliminating harmful bacteria.

 
6. Sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge is naturally precipitated in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator, with the supernatant returned to the conditioning tank for additional treatment.
