The Kamo Sewage Treatment System, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, is an advanced solution for efficient and eco-friendly sewage treatment.
Working Principle
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, where nitrification and denitrification occur with the help of a submersible mixer. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, enhances the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates into the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
