The bar screen is mainly composed of a bar screen, a conveyor, a compressor, and a control system.

After pre-treatment, the sewage enters the bar screen section. 

Solid waste and impurities in the sewage are filtered out by the bar screen, and only substances such as water, dissolved organic matter, and microorganisms enter the next conveyor section.

The conveyor section sends sewage to the compressor section, which compresses the sludge and outputs it to the sludge tank, achieving the goal of reducing sludge volume and drying.

The control system of the bar screen can automatically monitor and regulate the operating status of the equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the equipment.

This equipment adopts grid technology, which can effectively screen, separate, and remove solid waste and impurities in sewage.RG manual screen are waler treatment equipient which the manual cleaning it adopted. Mechanical Bar Screen is provided with several special-shaped teeth which are assembled on the teeth axis based on certain ordering, forming the sealed teeth chain. The lower part is installed in the water inlet. If the chain wheel rotates directionally with even speed, the whole rake chain will move accordingly. Under such circumstance, the solid sundries attached on the tooth will be separated from liquid and the fluid will flow away through the gap. When rake chain arrives at its upper end , each group of rakes will carry on self cleaning by dropping out most of the solid material under gravity and guideline rail, while the rest of the solid will be tidied clean by back running brush. The whole process is carried out continuously and automatically so as to achieve the goal of solid-liquid separation.
