Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- It is then pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, where a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the wastewater's biodegradability.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator, with the sludge supernatant being returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment through a mixed liquid reflux pump.
