The liquid enters the equipment through the upper inlet flange and is directed into the filter bag for measurement. As the liquid passes through the filter bag, solid impurity particles are effectively intercepted by the filter screen, ensuring a cleaner output.
To support the filter bag and prevent any interference with the filtration process, we have included a support net basket. This basket acts as a barrier between the filter bag and the cylinder wall, preventing any unwanted pressure that may affect the filtration efficiency.
The clean liquid then flows out through the lower outlet flange, ready for further use. To monitor the filtration process, we have equipped the top of the equipment with a pressure gauge. This gauge helps keep track of the solid impurities deposited in the filter bag. As the impurities accumulate, they hinder the liquid flow, causing an increase in pressure inside the filter bag.
When the pressure gauge displays a certain value, it serves as a reminder to replace the filter bag. To replace the filter bag, simply open the pressure relief port first, followed by the quick disassembly flange at the top. This allows for easy and quick replacement of the filter bag.
After replacing the filter bag, the pressure gauge will return to its normal state, indicating that the equipment is ready for normal operation.
