It utilizes the biological contact oxidation process as its core technology, providing excellent water quality, stable operation, and convenient management.
One of the key advantages of this equipment is its integration into the ground, eliminating the need for complex processes such as planning, design, construction, and insulation. It can be easily buried underground, or if preferred, placed above the ground. This eliminates the requirement for government examination and approval, making it a hassle-free solution.
This versatile system finds wide applications in various settings including laboratories, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, nursing homes, and schools. It is also highly suitable for treating organic sewage produced by industries such as food processing, paper production, brewing, and slaughtering.
With its efficient sewage treatment capabilities, the buried sewage treatment equipment offers a reliable and effective solution for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid. The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity. Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. An anoxic tank with a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. This, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, decomposes large organic particles into smaller ones, thereby enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater. The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment. Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
