Product Description: Sewage Treatment System
The Sewage Treatment System, developed by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd, effectively removes household garbage and treats wastewater to produce clean and safe water. It follows a series of processes including nitrification, denitrification, aerobic biochemical reactions, and solid-liquid separation. Additionally, the system incorporates ultraviolet disinfection equipment to eliminate harmful bacteria.
The sewage treatment process begins with the sewage entering the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid. From there, the sewage flows into the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity. It is then pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, which facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes with the help of a submersible mixer. This process decomposes large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of the wastewater.
Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank then enters the cleaning tank, where ultraviolet disinfection equipment eliminates harmful bacteria.
Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
This sewage treatment system is designed for efficient operation and includes mechanisms for sludge management and treatment, providing a comprehensive solution for sewage treatment needs.
