- Sewage enters the grid pool where household garbage is discharged.
- The water quality and quantity are then adjusted in the adjustment tank.
- The sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank where nitrification and denitrification occur with the help of submersible mixers.
- Aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization processes break down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing wastewater biodegradability.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions, where biological oxidation degrades substances.
- The effluent then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is directed to the cleaning tank for ultraviolet disinfection, eliminating harmful bacteria.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump, while remaining sludge is precipitated in the sludge tank.
- The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using the sludge dehydrator for further treatment.
- The sludge supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank for additional processing using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
