It ensures the production of clean and safe water by incorporating nitrification, denitrification, aerobic biochemical reactions, and solid-liquid separation. The system utilizes ultraviolet disinfection equipment to eliminate harmful bacteria.
Working Principle:
- The sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.
- Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. An anoxic tank with a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes.
- Aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization decompose large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- Sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank via a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank.
- The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
