The screw stacked sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion pressure generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, as well as the small gap between the traveling ring and the fixed ring.
 

Main Features

1. Compact body design, integrated concentration and dehydration, equipped with an electric control cabinet and sludge flocculation mixing
2. Auxiliary devices such as slots have strong compatibility with supporting equipment and are easy to design.

5. The main body of the dehydrator has a self-cleaning function, so there is no need to clean it with a large amount of water to prevent sludge blockage.

7. The electric control cabinet is equipped with an automatic control device, which can achieve 24-hour automatic and continuous unmanned operation from transporting sludge, injecting medication, thickening and dewatering, to discharging sludge cakes, reducing labor costs.

Working Pricinple

The working principle of the stacked screw type sludge dewatering machine is driven by a filtering device formed by the mutual stacking of fixed rings and moving rings, and the spiral shaft passing through them. The front end is the concentration section, and the rear end is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the movable ring, as well as the swing distance of the swing axis, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dehydration section. The rotation of the spiral axis not only pushes the sludge from the concentration section to the dehydration section, but also continuously drives the movable ring to clean the filter gap and prevent blockage. After being concentrated without gravity concentration, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. As the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, as well as under the action of the pressure plate, it generates great internal pressure and continuously reduces its volume, achieving the goal of full dehydration.

APPLICATIONS
 

1. Suitable for sludge in industries such as municipal sewage, food, beverage, chemical, leather, welding materials, papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, etc.
2. Suitable for dehydration of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low concentration sludge, there is no need to build a concentration tank or storage tank, which reduces construction costs, phosphorus release, and anaerobic odor generation.
