Product Description: Sewage Treatment System
The sewage treatment system offered by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed to efficiently and effectively treat domestic sewage, ensuring clean and safe water discharge. With a comprehensive working principle, this system tackles various stages of sewage treatment to achieve optimal results.
Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is filtered and removed.
- The sewage then proceeds to the adjustment tank, where water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.
- Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. Inside the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification processes. These processes, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, effectively break down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater.
- After the anoxic tank, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the resulting effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank then enters the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
- The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank undergoes regular dehydration using the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
