Product Description
The sewage treatment system by Kamo Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd is designed to efficiently treat domestic sewage while improving water quality. With a unique working principle, this system ensures effective solid-liquid separation and the elimination of harmful bacteria.
Working Principle:
Sewage first enters the grid pool where household garbage is discharged. The water then passes through the adjustment tank to regulate quality and quantity. It is then pumped into the anoxic tank, equipped with a submersible mixer, for nitrification and denitrification. This process enhances biodegradability by decomposing large organic particles into smaller ones.
Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction, where biological oxidation degrades substances. The effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is sent to the cleaning tank, where ultraviolet disinfection equipment eliminates harmful bacteria.
The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump, while the remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. Regular sludge dehydration is conducted in the sludge dehydrator, with the supernatant returned to the conditioning tank for further treatment using the mixed liquid reflux pump.
