Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid. It then moves into the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity. From there, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing wastewater biodegradability.
Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank enters the cleaning tank, where ultraviolet disinfection equipment eliminates harmful bacteria from the water.
The sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is periodically dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then sent back to the conditioning tank for further treatment using a mixed liquid reflux pump.
