Working Principle:
- Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is discharged through the grid, preventing clogging and damage to the system.
- The sewage then enters the adjustment tank, where the water quality and quantity are carefully regulated.
- Next, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump. In this tank, a submersible mixer facilitates nitrification and denitrification, along with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization. This process breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones, enhancing the biodegradability of the wastewater.
- The treated sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where it undergoes aerobic biochemical reactions. Biological oxidation degrades substances, ensuring effective treatment.
- The effluent from the aerobic pool then enters the secondary sedimentation tank, where solid-liquid separation takes place, ensuring the removal of any remaining particles.
- The supernatant from the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria are eliminated through the use of ultraviolet disinfection equipment, ensuring the water is free from harmful microorganisms.
- Sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. Any remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated using a sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
