Working Principle:
Sewage first enters the grid pool, and the household garbage in domestic sewage is first discharged through the grid. Then it enters the adjustment tank to adjust the water quality and quantity. From there, it is pumped into the anoxic tank by the lifting pump. In the anoxic tank, a submersible mixer is arranged for nitrification and denitrification, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater through aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization. This process breaks down large organic particles into smaller ones.
The sewage then flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction. Biological oxidation degrades the substances, and the effluent is directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is transferred to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated using ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge self-precipitates to the sludge tank. The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is then returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
