Product Description: Sewage Treatment System

Working Principle:

1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, where household garbage is removed.


2. The sewage then enters the adjustment tank to regulate water quality and quantity.


3. Next, it is pumped into the anoxic tank using a lifting pump, and an arrangement of submersible mixers in the tank facilitates nitrification and denitrification. This process, combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, enhances the biodegradability of wastewater.


4. The treated sewage flows into the aerobic pool, where it undergoes aerobic biochemical reactions. The resulting effluent is then directed to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.


5. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is sent to the cleaning tank, where harmful bacteria in the water are eliminated through ultraviolet disinfection.


6. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank using a sludge reflux pump. The remaining sludge settles in the sludge tank and undergoes regular dehydration by the sludge dehydrator. The sludge supernatant is further treated by being returned to the conditioning tank through the mixed liquid reflux pump.
